WHAT IS THE
ACHILLES HEEL
OF ADDICTION?

Addiction is triggered in the brain, and more specifically, by the feelings of craving the brain creates in the body.
That means, if we can rewire how the brain reacts to certain triggers, we can begin to rob addiction of the power it relies on to drive our actions.
This “rewiring” is made possible by something scientists call neuroplasticity, a term referring to the changeable nature of the brain which allows it to be trained to react to our world in new and more helpful ways.
BOOTSTRAP employs a unique five-stage brain-training process that helps you to rewire your brain's reactions and cut off addiction’s power at its source.

What makes BrightLife different from other programs? The BrightLife program delivers a first-of-its-kind blend of instruction and practices to attack cravings and addiction where it matter most—in the brain. Just some of the elements of BrightLife that make it so impactful are... - Based on a unique blend of yoga and mindfulness with cognitive neuroscience. - Delivered in privacy of your home and is 100% confidential. - Focuses on altering the specific brain patterns that drive cravings and urges. - Establishes a new baseline of health, happiness, and mental and emotional wellbeing. - Can be performed together with a supporting loved one.
-
How fast will I see results? Most people report feeling more at ease and in more control within the first week. Of course, it can take a little longer for some, but experience has shown, for those who are sincerely invested in the process, dramatic improvements in mood, hope, optimism and joy come within the first ten days.
-
How much time will BrightLife require to get real results?BrightLife was designed with our busy modern lives in mind. That's why you can participate fully and get maximum benefit from BrightLife by investing only an hour a day!
-
Is BrightLife 100% confidential?Absolutely! Because you are participating from home, you are fully in control of who knows about your BrightLife journey. And, of course, we never share our client information with anyone under any circumstances.
-
I'm really out of shape, and I've never done yoga, will this be a problem?Absolutely not! The yoga postures performed in BrightLife are designed to be accessible to most bodies regardless of experience or ability. Our video posture library provides specific guidance on how to perform each of the postures and provides additional guidance on how to modify them to accommodate your body's needs. For those with significant physical limitations, we offer a more gentle alternative posture sequence as well.
-
I’ve been through treatment. Can BrightLife still help me?Yes! BrightLife works especially well for people who have built a foundation of sobriety or self-control in treatment by helping them to take their recovery—and lives—to the next level. As you probably know, relapse rates are off the charts (60-80% according to some estimates) and that’s causing too many people to struggle unnecessarily, relapse over and over, and return to treatment wasting months of their lives and tens of thousands of their hard-earned dollars. Or worse. We’re out to stop all that. BrightLife is designed to provide you the missing piece that most treatment programs overlook. We’ll help you to nourish your body, repattern your brain, and connect with the joyous part of you that has always lived deep inside. You’ll be back in control—for life. In short, BrightLife is for anyone who wants to live with more calm, ease, and joy in their lives.
-
Is BrightLife compatible with other treatments and programs I may be participating in?Absolutely. Whether performed in tandem with other treatments, or performed as an after-care regimen to stabilize recovery, BrightLife adds key skills and insights that complement other approaches to help you break free for life.
-
I already do yoga, why do I need BrightLife? It’s true. BrightLife does use yoga postures (and more importantly, some of yoga’s other more powerful techniques that are rarely being taught today). But what makes BrightLife so powerful is the way it combines ancient wisdom with cutting-edge neuroscience to literally reprogram the way your brain reacts to cravings, urges, challenges, and triggers. So, when you think BrightLife, don’t think yoga: Think control. Think joy. Think freedom.
-
I already attend support groups, why do I need BrightLife too?Wonderful! We’re big fans of people getting help in any way that works for them, so definitely keep it up! But also keep in mind, BrightLife is not designed to replace the other things you’re doing to take your life back; BrightLife is designed to make them even more effective. Imagine being able to turn down the volume on urges or cravings, or dial back disturbing emotions, or finding more calm and ease even in the most hectic of days. BrightLife will help you to work the steps with even more joy, ease, and control. Making you and your recovery better, that’s why we’re here!
