Extend Client Care—Improve Outcomes
BrightLife is an adjunct therapeutic modality purpose-designed to bolster the effectiveness of traditional addiction treatment regimens.

Best of all, BrightLife can be fully performed online from the comfort of home in less than an hour a day.

The BrightLife Difference
While the BrightLife Method rides on a vehicle of yoga and mindfulness techniques, it bears little resemblance to the yoga programs typically found in recovery environments.

That's because our process employs an integrated, multi-modal approach that employs customized somatic practices together with cognitive exercises to restore balance to the addiction-affected nervous system while simultaneously neutralizing a range of maladaptive habits of mind that fuel the impulsivity, cravings, and reactivity that drive addicted behaviors.

Seasoned clinicians will recognize inspiration from a range of proven therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga sequences, and yoga nidra.
The core objective of the program is to enhance client self-empowerment by reducing triggering emotions, modulating impulses, and enhancing mental and emotional resilience and control.

Whether integrated as a complementary modality in an existing treatment regimen, implemented as a home-based after-care program, or offered as a stand-alone wellness program, BrightLife is proven to create meaningful shifts in self-mastery and resilience to help clients regain control—for life.
After the very first week, I felt like I was a completely new person.
I no longer feel like someone struggling in recovery. I just feel free. I cannot thank you enough for the joy you have brought back into my life.
